In Individual Therapy, clients and therapists meet one-on-one on a weekly or biweekly basis. This work provides folks with a safe and supportive space to explore any challenges they may be facing, deepen their self-awareness, and create meaningful change in their lives. Individual Therapy is also a great space to nurture self-compassion and acceptance, and strengthen your resilience – within yourself and with others.
The foundation of successful therapeutic work for individuals of all ages is a compassionate and authentic relationship with their therapist. Our therapists work collaboratively with clients to identify their primary goals for therapy and the best approach to meet their needs. Our therapists are trained in many different approaches to therapy, including: play therapy, expressive arts therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, attachment oriented therapies, mindfulness based therapies, and more.
