Group Therapy

Group Therapy

Group therapy can be a safe space for learning and growth alongside other individuals who may be experiencing similar challenges. We offer a variety of groups and workshops for children, adolescents, and adults – from social skills groups for children to support groups for caregivers of LGBTQIA2+ youth. Groups typically run for 6-12 weeks and workshops are typically offered as stand-alone events or as short series of events. Both options provide accessible opportunities for connection, validation, and healing.
