Nature-Based Mindfulness Workshop Series
This first winter workshop in the Nature-Based Mindfulness Workshop Series is for adults who are feeling depleted and seeking a space to slow down and connect with nature. We’ll tune into the rhythms of the natural world and regulate our nervous systems through nature-informed mindfulness and somatic awareness practices. Throughout the workshop, we’ll spend time reflecting on the topics of change, impermanence, slowing down, and replenishment as they show up in the natural world and in our lives.
